The degree of

Master of Library and Information Science

Virtual Convocation
2018

PROFILE

Current residence: Wendell, MA, US

I wanted to earn a masters degree because:

I wanted a general overview of librarianship from which I can continue to build on with continuing education to have and share access to information. I like to organized and be organized and now have a greater appreciation for the necessity of organization for ever increasing amounts of information.

While earning my degree, my greatest supporters were:

My family and friends.

While in the program, I met classmates from:

All over the U.S. and Canada and even Estonia.

What I liked best about online learning was:

Convenience but also it would not have been possible otherwise to attend face to face classes with my work and personal schedule. Additionally, there is a record of discussion posts for example where as in face to face, it is easy to forget what someone has said whether it is the instructor or a fellow student.

What I enjoyed most about my experience at the SJSU School of Information was:

The quality of the instructors and the variety of courses.

I plan to use my degree to:

To get a job that I like and feel good about!

Now that I have completed the program, I'm most looking forward to:

Learning even more about librarianship!
