I wanted to earn a masters degree because:

I wanted to expand my personal knowledge and gain new skills that would benefit me as an educator.

While earning my degree, my greatest supporters were:

My family and co-workers who were also completing the program.

While in the program, I met classmates from:

All over the United States.

What I liked best about online learning was:

The opportunity to interact with people from around the world. And the chance to complete work at my own pace so that I could continue to work full time while pursuing my degree.

What I enjoyed most about my experience at the SJSU School of Information was:

Everything. Learning about how information is organized and classified. Learning how to retrieve information. Learning how to create lessons and units to engage students in meaningful research opportunities.

I plan to use my degree to:

Work as a teacher librarian.

Now that I have completed the program, I'm most looking forward to:

Using the extra free time I gain to read a lot of books!
