Current residence: Yorktown, NY, US

I wanted to earn a masters degree because:

I decided to make a big career change during Covid, from opera signing to librarianship and I felt that doing a masters program was the perfect way to make the transition!

While earning my degree, my greatest supporters were:

My family and my fiancée.

While in the program, I met classmates from:

All over the country! At one point I was in a group for a project where we had people from all 4 US time zones!

What I liked best about online learning was:

The flexibility it gave me in my scheduling and the ability to live in my home town while getting a high quality education.

What I enjoyed most about my experience at the SJSU School of Information was:

How organized and transparent the whole process was. I always felt like I knew what my next step should be.

I plan to use my degree to:

Become a working librarian in a public library.

Now that I have completed the program, I'm most looking forward to:

Getting a full time job as a librarian, buying a home with my fiancée, and starting a family.
