I wanted to earn a masters degree because:

The MLIS degree would provide me with the skills and knowledge needed to pursue a career in librarianship.

While earning my degree, my greatest supporters were:

My parents Charlie and Carrie Pugh. I wish you were here to see me walk. Your love always uplifted and kept me going. My sisters Charlene and Karen. Thank you for never giving up on me. My uncle and aunt Artis and Elizabeth Kelly. Thank you for your prayers and support. Dr. Karin Elliot-Brown, Marla Peppers, Veronica Ramirez, Debbie Ovechka, Peggy Murphy, Dr. Michelle Hawley, Dr. Margaret Garcia, Esther Tam, Denai Jackson, Kim Mealy, and Caroline Lee. Thank you all for your encouragement.

While in the program, I met classmates from:

California, New York, Arizona, Florida, and other cities across the US.

What I liked best about online learning was:

The convenience and flexibility.

What I enjoyed most about my experience at the SJSU School of Information was:

I plan to use my degree to:

Now that I have completed the program, I'm most looking forward to:

I am looking forward to exploring the diversity of employment options available to me.
