Jennifer Agarwal: Janet, thank you for persevering in our challenge to create an incredible library (!) and then detail 11 chapters' worth of critical policies and procedures! No small feat, and yet you kept at it! I appreciated your willingness to take on any and all chapters, even when we were all feeling overwhelmed! Even though this was our first class together, I have a sneaking suspicion that this doggedness is part of what has brought you to graduation...and I believe it will serve you well in the future, as you begin your career in the world of libraries!
