I wanted to earn a masters degree because:

I wanted to be able to connect my local community to information services and help them in their journey for knowledge.

While earning my degree, my greatest supporters were:

my partner, my family, and my friends who believed in me more than I believed in myself at some points.

While in the program, I met classmates from:

my all over the country as well as in my local area that also shared a passion for helping others.

What I liked best about online learning was:

I could go at my own pace and fit my courses in with my work and personal life, which gave me more freedom and flexibility.

What I enjoyed most about my experience at the SJSU School of Information was:

the support from faculty and my peers.

I plan to use my degree to:

become a public librarian.

Now that I have completed the program, I'm most looking forward to:

entering the LIS career field and growing my passion for information science even more.
