PROFILE

Current residence: Concord, CA, US

I wanted to earn a masters degree because:

I love learning new things, and through my Master's degree, I'll be able to provide others a path to their own information goals.

While earning my degree, my greatest supporters were:

My husband, Ray, my mentor, Randal Brandt, and my friend, Mary Ann.

While in the program, I met classmates from:

Alaska, Colorado, Utah, and various locations on the East Coast.

What I liked best about online learning was:

The flexibility in reviewing course content and completing assignments.

What I enjoyed most about my experience at the SJSU School of Information was:

Learning various technical programs from the various courses.

I plan to use my degree to:

Work within an information organization as a cataloger or library technician.

Now that I have completed the program, I'm most looking forward to:

I'm looking forward to finding work and continuing to fight to keep our freedoms and institutions of information open and accessible during these uncertain times.
