I wanted to earn a masters degree because:

I wanted to expand my knowledge of information science and technology to help patients and providers navigate through this era of health IT.

While earning my degree, my greatest supporters were:

My family, coworkers, advisor Jason Kaltenbacher, my awesome instructors, and my class project team members, especially Heron Yang and Krissie Kirby.

While in the program, I met classmates from:

Everywhere!

What I liked best about online learning was:

Working at my own pace and around a busy schedule.

What I enjoyed most about my experience at the SJSU School of Information was:

The wealth of knowledge they offered while allowing me to use my creativity to develop solutions.

I plan to use my degree to:

Pursue roles involving electronic health records, telehealth, data analysis or compliance.

Now that I have completed the program, I'm most looking forward to:

Excelling in the health informatics arena and eventually having an executive leadership role.
