The degree of

Master of Library and Information Science

Virtual Convocation
2017

PROFILE

Current residence: Kailua, HI, US

I wanted to earn a masters degree because:

I wanted to expand my knowledge of information science and it was a requirement for many jobs I hope to qualify for.

While earning my degree, my greatest supporters were:

my coworkers and mentors.

While in the program, I met classmates from:

all over the globe!

What I liked best about online learning was:

the flexibility of when I could work on class assignments and participate in lectures and discussions. As a full-time professional, the online format made getting my degree much easier.

What I enjoyed most about my experience at the SJSU School of Information was:

taking courses on a variety of topics, especially technical ones.

I plan to use my degree to:

advance in my profession of museum collections information management.

Now that I have completed the program, I'm most looking forward to:

having hobbies again!
