I wanted to earn a masters degree because:

I knew it would be the next step in starting a new career. I also love learning and it was a matter of time before I went back to school, for fun or for a purpose. Luckily, getting my MLIS was both fun and purposeful!

While earning my degree, my greatest supporters were:

My family.

While in the program, I met classmates from:

All over the place, but I was able to meet people who lived close to my in Los Angeles and was able to expand my social and professional circles.

What I liked best about online learning was:

The flexibility.

What I enjoyed most about my experience at the SJSU School of Information was:

Meeting students and teachers from all walks of life.

I plan to use my degree to:

Pursue a career in academic libraries.

Now that I have completed the program, I'm most looking forward to:

Working in a library!
