Current residence: Allentown, PA, US

I wanted to earn a masters degree because:

In order to obtain a Level II teachers certification, I am required to earn a MLIS degree. I also wanted to expand my knowledge basis within my field of school librarianship.

While earning my degree, my greatest supporters were:

My girlfriend Amanda, my parents, especially my Mom who always believed in my education.

While in the program, I met classmates from:

Italy, Canada, and all over the U.S.

What I liked best about online learning was:

The conveinence of being in control of my own program was the best quality overall.

What I enjoyed most about my experience at the SJSU School of Information was:

I enjoyed the challenges that were put forth by the amazing mentors/professors. Dr. Bernier pushed my thinking to the limit and I thank him for that. I enjoyed being a student in Shelly Buchanan's classes. She is a treat and a consummate professional.

I plan to use my degree to:

Expand my job search parameters from only school libraries, to college and public libraries

Now that I have completed the program, I'm most looking forward to:

Focusing on transforming my school library into a 21st century learning center and spending time at the Jersey Shore
