I wanted to earn a masters degree because:

I wanted to be the first in my family to have a masters degree to set an example for my nieces and nephews and to make my mother proud.

While earning my degree, my greatest supporters were:

My husband, my family, and my dog (who stayed up late with me most nights!).

While in the program, I met classmates from:

California, Hawaii, Washington, and Michigan.

What I liked best about online learning was:

Not having to sit in traffic to get to my campus and circle the parking lot to find parking were definite highlights. I also enjoyed being able to go at my own pace and work ahead whenever possible.

What I enjoyed most about my experience at the SJSU School of Information was:

Beyond the core classes, I was able to tailor my experience to suit my needs.

I plan to use my degree to:

Be the best Children's Librarian I can be!

Now that I have completed the program, I'm most looking forward to:

Putting what I have learned to good use and to build upon the solid foundation provided by the ischool at SJSU.
