I wanted to earn a masters degree because:

I want to continue serving the public as a public librarian by providing access, information, and programs to those who need assistance.

While earning my degree, my greatest supporters were:

My husband and parents in addition to my fellow librarian colleagues and coworkers.

While in the program, I met classmates from:

All over the United States including courses with the California State Librarian as he completed his degree.

What I liked best about online learning was:

Being able to complete my coursework while working full-time and raising my family.

What I enjoyed most about my experience at the SJSU School of Information was:

Finding a connection between my past career goal as an educator with my new degree and career pursuit as a librarian.

I plan to use my degree to:

Further my career as a public servant by bringing information and extended education to the public.

Now that I have completed the program, I'm most looking forward to:

Continuing to serve the public and continue my quest for information.
