PROFILE

Current residence: Azusa, CA, US

I wanted to earn a masters degree because:

it was always a dream to earn a MLIS degree.

While earning my degree, my greatest supporters were:

My husband, Brandon Rios, my family including my supportive big sister Julie Silva and my inspiring parents, Maria Mora and Manuel Flores Jr

While in the program, I met classmates from:

my area and all over the world

What I liked best about online learning was:

the interaction and preparation we needed to actively participate.

What I enjoyed most about my experience at the SJSU School of Information was:

the teachers and fellow students I met and the opportunities the school provided in addition to coursework, such as volunteer research, behind the scenes tours and webinars with a variety of topics.

I plan to use my degree to:

work in a museum or archive, to better myskillset and further my archival studies

Now that I have completed the program, I'm most looking forward to:

graduating! Applying those skills. Enjoying some down time with family and no homework.
