PROFILE

Current residence: Ocean, NJ, US

I wanted to earn a masters degree because:

It has been a lifelong dream to earn a graduate degree and become a librarian.

While earning my degree, my greatest supporters were:

Lee and my children who were my biggest cheerleaders and most understanding to keep things going while I was busy with school work. Family and friend’s especially Jackie and my mom who always knew the right thing to say when I needed some encouragement.

While in the program, I met classmates from:

All over... California, Texas, Virginia, Massachusetts, Canada and Italy.

What I liked best about online learning was:

The flexibility to learn and complete assignments anywhere anytime.

What I enjoyed most about my experience at the SJSU School of Information was:

The variety of LIS topics and classes, the knowledgeable professors that inspired me.

I plan to use my degree to:

To continue in my current role as a public librarian at a library system that I love and believe in.

Now that I have completed the program, I'm most looking forward to:

Reading for pleasure !
