PROFILE

Current residence: San Francisco, CA, US

I wanted to earn a masters degree because:

I hoped to grow and advance professionally.

While earning my degree, my greatest supporters were:

My partner, Grant, and my parents who supported this dream from the beginning.

While in the program, I met classmates from:

All over the country.

What I liked best about online learning was:

The flexibility it allowed for me to both take classes and work in the field simultaneously.

What I enjoyed most about my experience at the SJSU School of Information was:

The professors and students I met who shared so much of their talents and knowledge with me, and with whom I found a real intellectual and professional home.

I plan to use my degree to:

Pursue a career in archives and special collections.

Now that I have completed the program, I'm most looking forward to:

Getting back a little of my free time to read, and applying for full-time archivist positions.
