Current residence: Margate, FL, US

I wanted to earn a masters degree because:

I wanted to enhance my professional career.

While earning my degree, my greatest supporters were:

my Mom and my Dad.

While in the program, I met classmates from:

Canada and Germany.

What I liked best about online learning was:

that most of the course content was delivered asynchronously and I could access my courses at any time, as well as communicate with my instructors and fellow classmates, create and share information in a virtual setting.

What I enjoyed most about my experience at the SJSU School of Information was:

the ability to customize my studies to match my interests and career goals, as well as the opportunity to meet and learn from other information professionals around the world.

I plan to use my degree to:

become a Children's Librarian and advocate for underserved children in my community. I want the kids in my community to see the library as a welcoming place for lifelong learning, collaboration, and discovery.

Now that I have completed the program, I'm most looking forward to:

spending time with my family and visiting the Natural History Museum in Chicago.
