I wanted to earn my masters degree to further my education and learn the skills and knowledge necessary for a job in the field of library and information science.

I primarily met classmates from my home state of California, but a few were spread throughout the country
What I liked best about online learning was:
I like the flexibility that online learning provides. Learning at my own pace and not having a regular day-to-day schedule may be frustrating to some, but I thoroughly enjoyed it.
What I enjoyed most about my experience at the SJSU School of Information was:
What I enjoyed most was the surprising support that I received from some of my peers. Since we are entirely online, I was fully expecting to go through this journey on my own, but there were many opportunities to connect with others and form little support groups throughout my time in the program.

Now that I have completed the program, I am honestly looking forward to not spending countless late nights writing papers! And, of course, being able to apply what I have learned these past four semesters in an archive setting.
