Current residence: Boulder City, NV, US

I wanted to earn a masters degree because:

I was inspired to become a real librarian.

While earning my degree, my greatest supporters were:

My family were my greatest supporters; My husband, my daughter and son, my mother and mother-in-law all sacrificed along with me on this amazing journey.

While in the program, I met classmates from:

Classmates were from all over the country as well as worldwide.

What I liked best about online learning was:

Everything was at my schedule and all materials were available through my own computer.

What I enjoyed most about my experience at the SJSU School of Information was:

I enjoyed most the access to information. All kinds of information. And how to organize it. And utilize it. I developed a passion for Information Science; This superseded my desire to become a librarian.

I plan to use my degree to:

Manage a knowledge base. In today’s society information is prolific. It surrounds and informs us daily, but requires facilitation. I can do that!

Now that I have completed the program, I'm most looking forward to:

I look forward to a career in the cutting edge field of Information Science.
