Current residence: Los Altos, CA, CA, US

I wanted to earn a masters degree because:

I yearn to play a larger role in my community and become a leader in providing information and general services for children, teens, and adults.

While earning my degree, my greatest supporters were:

My greatest supporters were my family, friends, classmates, and professors.

While in the program, I met classmates from:

I met classmates from around the world. It was insightful to learn about library practices from a global perspective.

What I liked best about online learning was:

I liked the flexibility of pursuing other work experiences while simultaneously completing my MLIS degree.

What I enjoyed most about my experience at the SJSU School of Information was:

I enjoyed meeting and collaborating with other individuals passionate about libraries and providing vital services to the public.

I plan to use my degree to:

I would like to pursue a career in public or school librarianship. I am eager to become an integral part of my community to offer services to help people of all ages live their lives.

Now that I have completed the program, I'm most looking forward to:

I look forward to finding a full-time librarian position and catching up on reading a plethora of books!
