While earning my degree, my greatest supporters were:

My husband, James, my dogs, Nala & Moxxi, my family, my friends, and my work family (shout out to Buena Park Library!)

What I liked best about online learning was:

The flexibility of working whenever, wherever!

What I enjoyed most about my experience at the SJSU School of Information was:

Being able to complete internships with organizations like the National Park Service and the American Film Institute.

I plan to use my degree to:

Improve and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion through both collections and information services. I want to help tell the stories of those that were never given a voice to do so whether it be through libraries, archives, or museums.

Now that I have completed the program, I'm most looking forward to:

Making a difference in my community.
