Current residence: Victoria, BC, Canada

I wanted to earn a masters degree because:

I love working in libraries and wanted to become a librarian.

While earning my degree, my greatest supporters were:

My husband Dave, our kids Grace, Amelia, Jack and Eleanor, my dad Phillip, my friends and colleagues, especially Adrienne, Christina, Devon, Kate and Melissa.

While in the program, I met classmates from:

California, New Mexico, Massachusetts, Colorado, New Jersey

What I liked best about online learning was:

The flexibility to attend lectures and complete work in my own time.

What I enjoyed most about my experience at the SJSU School of Information was:

Excellent faculty, well-designed program, wonderful internship opportunity and interesting group assignments that allowed me to connect with libraries and librarians around the world.

I plan to use my degree to:

get a job as a librarian in a public library.

Now that I have completed the program, I'm most looking forward to:

having more free time to spend with my family.
