I wanted to earn a masters degree because:

I love my job as a children's librarian! Lifelong learning is part of my job and that includes my role at the library.

While earning my degree, my greatest supporters were:

My husband David, my kids Jeremiah and Eleanor, my amazing friends and family, and my fantastic coworkers at the Newberg Public Library.

While in the program, I met classmates from:

All over the world!

What I liked best about online learning was:

The flexibility which allowed me to work, support my kids, and attend school in those precious early morning and late evening hours.

What I enjoyed most about my experience at the SJSU School of Information was:

Learning from the diverse experiences of my classmates.

I plan to use my degree to:

To serve my community with purpose and enthusiasm.

Now that I have completed the program, I'm most looking forward to:

Applying what I have learned in my community and having more time to spend with my family.
