Current residence: Anaheim, CA, US

I wanted to earn a masters degree because:

I reached a pinnacle moment in my life when I realized that I needed to refine, improve, and learn new skills to reach my career ambitions.

While earning my degree, my greatest supporters were:

My fiancé, my fiancé’s family, my family, and our friends helped me complete the program.

While in the program, I met classmates from:

Everywhere! I became close with a couple classmates I met while doing projects. I’m happy to be graduating with them this semester and hope they will accomplish their dreams.

What I liked best about online learning was:

Having the flexibility to maintain my life. Considering the pandemic, already having a program completely online helped me to be able to do what I needed during the statewide lockdowns.

What I enjoyed most about my experience at the SJSU School of Information was:

The professors and the students really made the program absolutely wonderful.

I plan to use my degree to:

I hope to work in Special Collections, a repository, or a museum as an archivist.

Now that I have completed the program, I'm most looking forward to:

The future, and proving my self-worth.
