Current residence: East Providence, RI, US

I wanted to earn a masters degree because:

I want to work as a librarian, and most librarian positions require a master's degree.

While earning my degree, my greatest supporters were:

my supervisor, Meredith, who let me study on the job when things were slow, and my best friend Kellie, who stuck by me through long absences during the big projects.

While in the program, I met classmates from:

as far away as Dubai! Working on a group project with a 9-hour time zone difference was a fun and unique challenge and opportunity.

I plan to use my degree to:

better serve the community I work in.

Now that I have completed the program, I'm most looking forward to:

taking a break from school after 19 years!
