Current residence: Twentynine Palms, CA, US

I wanted to earn a masters degree because:

I wanted to learn more about librarianship and providing information access to under served communities.

While earning my degree, my greatest supporters were:

My family and friends were my greatest supporters.

While in the program, I met classmates from:

I met classmates from all over the world! Including some that work for the same organization as I do, but in another country!

What I liked best about online learning was:

I liked being able to pace my school work around my job and family responsibilities. Especially during the pandemic, I did not have to miss anything when school shut down.

What I enjoyed most about my experience at the SJSU School of Information was:

I enjoyed learning most about the many different ways that librarians can reach patrons and provide access.

I plan to use my degree to:

I plan to continue my library journey working for Marine Corps Community Services and providing information and technology access to the military and their families.

Now that I have completed the program, I'm most looking forward to:

I am most looking forward to reading and watching all my favorite shows.
