I wanted to earn a masters degree because:

I wanted to be able to have all of the skills I needed to best serve my library community.

While earning my degree, my greatest supporters were:

my spouse, parents, family, friends and colleagues.

While in the program, I met classmates from:

around the world!

What I liked best about online learning was:

that I was able to balance school, work and family life while reaching my goals.

What I enjoyed most about my experience at the SJSU School of Information was:

the incredibly knowledgeable instructors and the opportunity to apply what I was learning right away.

I plan to use my degree to:

support youth literacy and facilitate lifelong learning in my community.

Now that I have completed the program, I'm most looking forward to:

applying my skills and knowledge though my job as Children's Librarian.
