Current residence: Belleville, NJ, US

I wanted to earn a masters degree because:

I wanted to advance my career in librarianship and make a difference in the world.

While earning my degree, my greatest supporters were:

my family, library staff, and librarian friends. I want to thank my husband, Steve, for helping my edit all my paper & taking care of our son while I was finishing my degree. I love you both to the moon & back!

While in the program, I met classmates from:

all over the country. I was able to network with so many talented classmates!

What I liked best about online learning was:

the accessibility. I was able to work full time at my current library and do my coursework at night.

What I enjoyed most about my experience at the SJSU School of Information was:

the professors. They are some of the most talented information and library professionals. I am eternally grateful for Professor Wrenn-Estes, she helped ignite my love of YA literature.

I plan to use my degree to:

work as a professional librarian in a public library.

Now that I have completed the program, I'm most looking forward to:

reading all the books on my TBR list!
