PROFILE

Current residence: Alameda, CA, US

I wanted to earn a masters degree because:

I am ready to move away from early childhood education and to begin a career as an information professional.

While earning my degree, my greatest supporters were:

My mom and dad, and the women of PEO Chapter UN especially Ginny Krutilek and Mary Lou Kurtz

While in the program, I met classmates from:

The SF Bay Area, Southern CA, Arizona, Connecticut, Puerto Rico

What I liked best about online learning was:

The self-directed pace and learning from teachers who live in many different locations

What I enjoyed most about my experience at the SJSU School of Information was:

Connecting with other people who are just as passionate about children's literature and programming as I am

I plan to use my degree to:

I want to work in a public library helping children and families develop successful literacy habits.

Now that I have completed the program, I'm most looking forward to:

Finding a new job and starting the next chapter of my life!
