I wanted to earn a masters degree because:

I wanted to be able to advance in my field.

While earning my degree, my greatest supporters were:

my family, friends, and Sara J, who encouraged me to embark on my MLIS journey and told me, "If anyone should be a librarian, it's you!"

While in the program, I met classmates from:

all over the world!

What I enjoyed most about my experience at the SJSU School of Information was:

working with professors and classmates from all over the world, and learning about all the different things librarians can do

I plan to use my degree to:

connect children and young adults with great books and help nurture their love of reading

Now that I have completed the program, I'm most looking forward to:

sharing what I love with my patrons.
