Current residence: Dublin, CA, US

I wanted to earn a masters degree because:

I love to connect with community and learn about the diverse needs of the community. This allows me to design and provide programs as well as provide materials that suites their needs. I also love to learn about history and different cultures. In turn, I can share the knowledge to the community, especially when the history and cultures reflects the community.

What I liked best about online learning was:

I was mostly able to work on my own time and schedule.

I plan to use my degree to:

Gain skills and knowledge to help the community that I will be working with.

Now that I have completed the program, I'm most looking forward to:

Being able to work in a library where I am excited to work with, both in the library and the community we will serve. Although it may be difficult at the moment with the pandemic, I have hope that I will be able to find a community and library that I feel is right for me.
