The degree of

Master of Library and Information Science

Virtual Convocation
2021

PROFILE

Current residence: Nashua, NH, US

I wanted to earn a masters degree because:

I love information science and helping people. My hope is to work at the state and federal level to enhance and ensure policies that support the longevity of public library services, as well as services to incarcerated populations.

While earning my degree, my greatest supporters were:

My cats and my dad.

While in the program, I met classmates from:

Across the U.S. and Canada!

What I liked best about online learning was:

The group work, ironically.

What I enjoyed most about my experience at the SJSU School of Information was:

Learning so much from such dedicated and competent instructors.

I plan to use my degree to:

Become a Corrections Librarian or an Outreach Librarian who works with incarcerated people.

Now that I have completed the program, I'm most looking forward to:

Getting a job and moving to a new state!
